How to request deletion
To request deletion of your personal data or of advertising data we hold on your behalf, send an email to privacy@webarq.net with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include:
- your full name and the email address associated with your access;
- the organization, client account, or ad account(s) the request relates to; and
- a brief description of what you would like deleted.
If you are a WEBARQ staff member, you may also raise the request with your administrator, who can remove your account from within the Platform.
What we delete
Once your request is verified, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize:
- your account and identity details (name, email, role, and authentication records);
- data we cached from connected advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) that relates to your request; and
- associated activity and audit records, except where we are required to retain them.
Timeline and confirmation
We will acknowledge your request, verify your identity, and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we need more time because of the complexity of the request, we will let you know. When the deletion is complete, we will confirm by email.
Data we may need to keep
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it — for example, invoices and financial records that must be kept under Indonesian tax and accounting rules, or records we must keep to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce our agreements. Any retained data is kept only for as long as required and is then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Removing data obtained through Meta
WEBARQ accesses Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising data only for ad accounts that have been assigned to us by their owners. To stop our access and request deletion of Meta data we hold:
- In Meta Business Manager → Business settings, remove WEBARQ’s (or our system user’s) assignment to your ad account(s); and
- email us at privacy@webarq.net with the subject “Data Deletion Request” so we can delete any Meta advertising data cached in the Platform.
Removing data obtained through Google
To stop our access and request deletion of Google Ads data we hold, remove WEBARQ’s access to your Google Ads account (or revoke the relevant permission in your Google Account permissions), and email us at privacy@webarq.net so we can delete any Google advertising data cached in the Platform.
